We are looking for plumbers with service, sewer & drain, re-piping and remodeling experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete all general plumbing service calls.
- Service sewers and drains.
- Perform re-pipe and remodel projects.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to support and deliver the right products and services.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, or underperforming systems.
- Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to deliver best-in-class customer service and win new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices and time cards.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience including hands on training and/or work is required.
- Skilled in installing, modifying and fixing plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience in utilizing and maintaining plumbing tools and equipment.
- Experience working with various pipe materials and fittings.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
- Proven track record in plumbing and drain including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.
- Demonstrates ability to perform work efficiently without supervision
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Passion for communicating with customers and fixing plumbing issues.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Clean background and criminal history.
Compensation
- Paid hourly
- HOURLY RATE DEPENDS LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE.
- Opportunity to earn bonuses on re-pipes and large projects
